We interrupt this silence for a post

Hey, team! I didn't feel like writing about anything lately, but I'll be back with a vengeance soon. My glasses broke in a most Amalier-like fashion last night, so I'm half blind. I've had these glasses for a long time--I'm trying to psyche myself up for the process of finding a new pair that I don't hate. In the meantime, I'm driving around with my glasses sort of perched on my nose, balanced by the one ear piece. Which makes me think, why did the pince-nez sort of glasses go out of style? Or maybe old style opera glasses, like on a stick? Think how much better that would be for looking down your nose at people.
