One of the worst things about my job is having to write things like so-and-so "shows excellent interpersonal communications skills." As opposed to what? Interspecies communication skills? Intrapersonal communications skills? "Hey, arm? Could you possibly complete that scratching motion before the three o' clock meeting? Thanks!"

Yuck.
